Sexuality question is a website that provides information on sexuality and all its aspects. With simple, detailed content validated by experts, it allows you to find answers to all the questions you may have about anatomy, practices, pregnancy, STIs and discrimination related to sexuality.
With this Roadmap, the LoveAct partnership wants to guide the readers (being youth organisations, activists, school staff or whoever!) towards the opening of an intergenerational dialogue on Sex Education among young people and adults, as well as the assessment of adolescents’ needs in terms of sexuality and affectivity. It explore the experience of the “LoveAct Memories & Voices” collection, workshops held during the summer 2023 with dozens of adolescents and different family members in Italy, France, Greece, Lithuania,Belgium, Cyprus and Spain.
The card game, entitled Strategic reactions, gender and hatespeech, for teenagers aged 12 to 18, aims to help teenagers identify the various forms and manifestations of sexist hate speech and reflect on how gender stereotypes and prejudices play a fundamental role in the construction of reality and in the language that describes it. The game also aims to stimulate boys and girls in activating strategies to react to the language of hate, working on the awareness of themselves, other people and their emotions.
Curriculum Overview
Following the PRISMA, Cochrane and Campbell guidelines, 6 electronic databases were consulted: Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, COCHRANE, Teseo and DART-Europe. After the selection process, 1024 research articles were included, of which 33 met all the inclusion criteria. The results analyzed the interventions based on the efficacy components, the contents and main descriptors of the studies included in the review based on their quality and the countries with scientific production identified in America, Oceania, Europe, Asia and Africa. 7 family interventions were identified, 32 of community involvement and 24 that included peer training. The lack of effective interventions in Spain is confirmed, the components of interventions with proven evidence for their effectiveness are defined.
To develop children's safe behaviour skills, recognising the dangers of social situations, increasing children's knowledge of the body and body-related rules, as well as children's awareness of how to help in the event of a risky situation or in case of misbehaviour.
This guide aims to accompany trainers, it proposes games around emotional and sexual life but also proposes many informative resources for all subjects related to sexuality, parents and teenagers can also refer to it.
Materials to train professional workers to teach sex-ed.
The Sexiest Word is Yes is an informative guide on consent and sex education and against rape culture.
It works on equality and gender-based violence, through a method which propose to put adolescents at the centre.
