CESIE is a European Centre of Studies and Initiatives based in Palermo, Sicily. It was established in 2001, inspired by the work and theories of the sociologist, activist and educator Danilo Dolci (1924-1997). Hope For Children CRC Policy Center (HFC) is an Independent, International and Humanitarian Institution based in Cyprus. HFC implements multifaceted humanitarian programs related to the promotion of children’s rights, prioritizing their wellbeing, their education and the prevention of any kind of violence against children, as well as providing psychosocial and legal support. HFC advocates and protects children’s rights based on standards and principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and European Union Law. We fulfil our mission by designing and implementing national, regional and international projects; offering advisory and policy making services to Governments and international organizations; advocating, lobbying, consulting and conducting thorough research in the field of Children’s Rights; and facilitating grassroots programmes addressing many different aspects of child welfare.

Animus Association Foundation is a non-governmental organization that has been developing activities to support victims of violence and families at risk for more than 25 years. The activities of the organization are in three areas:
– Provision of direct psycho-social support: The organization is the main provider of services for the city of Sofia and the region. It operates a hotline for victims of violence, a Shelter for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, a Center for Social Services (to the Sofia Municipality), which includes a Community Support Center for Children and Families and a Mother and Baby Unit; Advocacy and support center “Protection Zone”, designed for child victims of violence; information, counseling, advocacy and mediation, therapy and rehabilitation programs.
– Work in the community, prevention and networking: The organization actively participates in the development and implementation of policies, practices and legislation affecting victims of violence, advocating for their interests and rights. Develops prevention and awareness programs.
– Training of specialists with different professions on topics of violence and support for victims.

The Hallgarten Franchetti Centro Studi Villa Montesca Foundation (FVM) carries on the tradition of Villa Montesca where in 1909 Maria Montessori organized a seminar that gave birth to the first publication of the scientific pedagogic method universally known as the ‘Montessori Method’. FCSVM is nowadays internationally renowned for top quality research and training in teacher training, information technology and communication, education for European integration and cooperation in the field of education and culture at local, regional and European level. The aim of its activities is to help establish an efficient educational system which can help to overcome the barriers to education/training, speed up the recognition of learning outcomes achieved in formal, informal and non-formal approaches in order to encourage active participation in the learning process also by those people who, owing to marginalization, may be excluded from it. FCSVM is an experimental workshop for pilot projects for primary and secondary school students, teachers, trainers, adults and people with special educational needs.

Science and Research centre is an independent public research institution founded by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. It is one of the leading Slovenian research institutions actively integrating in international scientific cooperation and is connecting with similar organizations around the world. Its basic activities are interdisciplinary research, preparation of expert studies and counselling, education, organization of scientific and professional meetings, publishing and librarianship. The ZRS consists of 9 Institutes and 7 Infrastructural unites, among which Public opinion research centre and Centre for the project management that provide indispensable support for efficient research and project implementation. ZRS has substantial experience in managing as well as cooperation in a range of European research projects, including Horizon 2020, Framework programmes, ERC, Territorial cooperation programmes etc. as well as necessary personnel and infrastructure for managing and coordinating research projects. Researchers are also actively involved in the education process at Slovenian and international universities, thus ensuring the transfer of their know-how into the educational sphere.
