Manual for educators

The handbook focuses on the techniques of managing one of the most controversial forms of diversity: sexual diversity, focusing on the social inclusion of students. In order to achieve this, it becomes essential to enhance the key competences of both students and teachers. In general, technical competences in the social field have been well described, however a definition of diversity management capacity for students and teachers is lacking. This handbook tries to fill this gap and promotes the inclusion of diversity management skills in school curricula.
